  • Spend time learning a new skill (Flower Watercolor Workbook)

  • Pick up a new cookbook from the library and test out some of the recipes. 

  • Play tourist in your own town. Pay attention to what characteristics make your place unique.

  • Savor a meal alone

  • Set a timer for an hour and work on something you’ve been putting off.

  • Curl up with any of our GNI / Book Club replays.  

  • Send a care package to a neighbor or a friend just because. 

  • Get a head start on our September book club pick, Sacred Creativity by Jena Holliday.

  • Go through your books and pick one to reread, keep a pen in hand, and underline every line that makes you want to write. 

  • Look for treasure at a thrift store. 

  • Write a letter to the person you hope to be in ten years. 

  • Take a self-portrait.

  • Make a note on your phone of things that delight you. Keep updating it.
